We want you to love your Kate Quinn treasures; if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns of unwashed, unworn items with original tags within 30 days of delivery. Please note that items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Select your preferred return method to generate a prepaid USPS shipping label and a return packing slip.

Package Your Items

Securely pack your items in the original mailer or a similar protective bag, ensuring all original tags are attached and the packing slip is included.

Drop Off and Refund

Drop off your package at any authorized USPS location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
